At H.I.M.L, each knife is crafted with care and attention to detail. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made by the customer.

This policy applies to all purchases, including ready-made knives, custom-made knives, and personalized or engraved products.

Custom Orders

Custom-made knives are produced according to the customer's approved specifications.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a custom order and begin production. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery.

Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was agreed upon, please contact us as soon as possible on +961 70278444, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy.
