Somewhere in the mountains of Lebanon, and a love for working with our hands, H.I.M.L was born.
What started with a passion for knives and the art of making them grew into something we wanted to share with others.
We have always believed there's something special about owning a piece that has been made by hand. Knowing that someone took the time to shape it, perfect the details, and turn raw materials into something meaningful.
That's what H.I.M.L — Handmade in Mount Lebanon — is all about.
From the wood chosen for a handle to the final finishing touches on a blade, it's the little details that matter to us.
And because we believe no two people are exactly alike, we wanted our knives to feel personal too. Whether it's choosing your favorite handle or engraving a name, initials, a meaningful date, or customizing your own from scratch we want every piece to carry a story of its own.
